“I had the scrambled egg breakfast, which included a side of fresh small strawberries. That was very good to add, as was the bread with the two beautiful jams. The eggs had a lot of vegetables, which was good, only slightly dry.”

“The star was the buckwheat crepe. It was soft but with a bit of crisp right at the edges that made sure you knew you were eating a crepe and not just dough. Mine had shrimp, salmon, mushrooms, cheese and bechamel sauce. This is the best crepe I've ever had. The vegetable soup was also good. They ignored the current trend of whole vegetable pieces, to my benefit. Pureed vegetable soup done properly is so much better”

“We went there by boat with 2 other couples and their kids. In total we were 6 adults and 8 kids (9 to 16 years old). We reserved ahead and were Despite warmly greater. I've often see staff get nervous with large groups but not here. Ordering was simple and service was relatively quick. The staff wisely served the kids first (they had their own table). The food was good and the service was terrific. Note: If arriving by boat, make sure your boat is docked at the appropriate location. We inadvertently docked a spot that was reserved for the guests staying overnight. The signage isn't at all clear as to what's reserved or not.”

“My favorite breakfast place, excellent choices, fair prices for the quality of food. They have many options of homemade bread (white, brown, their signature "Triticeus" which is a very mild sourdough, and even GLUTEN FREE), that you can have for toast. Quaint, cute, clean, the cook is so friendly and welcoming, I encourage you to talk to her! 5 out of 5 for me.”
