I’ve been in Jana’s prenatal fitness class over the past several months Via Zoom. I was nervous about how much trainer/participant time I’d get over Zoom, but Jana goes above and beyond expectations every class. Her class sizes are small, and she customizes the exercises to you in real-time based on the personal equipment you have at the time, your week in pregnancy, and just how you’re feeling that day! She will meet you where you are with grace, and give you the tools to push yourself and get the most out of class. Perfect combo! I also started working with Jana on my nutrition. I was struggling to put together consistent, healthy meals and was very low energy by 5p — I mean, out of it! The service I receive during my nutrition consults is bar none. We started off with a comprehensive nutrition assessment and food diary for Jana to really understand the state of my daily nutrition. From there, she not only puts together a detailed custom plan but walks you through it line by line to make sure it meets your needs — your personal tastes, your lifestyle, your most up to date health needs. She re-customizes it with you and real-time or comes back with suggestions based on what you’ve shared. I’ve texted her while in the supermarket and needed help with a product selection! Most important, her approach is one of kindness and grace. She’s not about a overwhelming overhaul or a quick fix, but small daily habit changes that can get you to your long-term goals.
