Thanks to Derick and Diego for being amazing coaches and Candice for the nutrition tips, I've lost 25-30 lbs, maybe more since I was avoiding scales at my heaviest. “I joined this DDO location and I'm happy with the amount of equipment they have. I can tan and have a massage in one of the super chairs they have there. My membership allows me to visit any Buzzfit location but this one is the cleanest I have been to. The graveyard person on weekends is very helpful and keeps the place in order. There's sometimes some hormone overload young people late at night throwing workout balls around and screaming from frustration long after their workout is done overstaying their visit but besides that it's flawless. Buzzfit DDO is the best ! Good job to the franchisee/owner and his staff. Don't forget the rebates you're untitled to with your membership(see picture)”
