Best part is that all items are curated by them and purchased exclusively from organizations, that are only located within distance of their day to day life activities and that uses the proceeds to support and financially help their local community. When I get home, I see that they gave me the wrong style so I had to go back and luckily it was quick and the woman who changed it for me was nice and apologetic.”

“I'm happy with the Klemans I ordered from their online store but the company initially sent me the wrong pair of shoes. I received a hasty email from someone with their company requesting that I return the mistake package in order to get the shoes I originally ordered. A bit annoying, but I was promised a refund for the postage if I did as requested. I still haven't received the refund for the postage [Update: I finally got a refund for postage, one month later]. Nor has the company responded to my follow up email. The right shoes eventually arrived, and it came with a bonus pair of socks. Is this their way of trying to smooth things over? Regardless, I'm not too pleased with their customer service.”

“It was my favorite store back in USA… But i was shocked with service here….. girl just meet us in front, but cant explain even where is our fitting slim straight (which wall), cant find sizes, take my jeans and go to storage room and did not come back, same with guy…. Some time in store was like no stuff at all and ppl in changing room stayed big line to wait when somebody open it. Woman Denim laying in mess, difficult find any size. Thanks God it came one professional girl in the end who set visual for men denim, she helped a lot with colors and sizes. Need to improve for rest of stuff.”
