“Amazing experience with Ateliers Nelson! I called on a Saturday to get my dryer repaired, and they gave me an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician was efficient, and completed the job in around 45 minutes! They’re also very transparent in their prices (120$ including travel and the first 20 minutes and 7.50$/additional 5 minutes, + material), I highly recommend and would definitely call them again if ever need be.”

“I found this place after walking for a couple of hours on a hot summer day and it was like walking into a little latin oasis! The empanadas were SO YUMMY! They even reminded me of the ones one of my aunties used to make! In other words, these are LEGIT EMPANADAS! 🤤 And to make things even better, they had seats with power outlets 🔌 so, I could even take my laptop out and get some work done. I received a hasty email from someone with their company requesting that I return the mistake package in order to get the shoes I originally ordered. A bit annoying, but I was promised a refund for the postage if I did as requested. I still haven't received the refund for the postage [Update: I finally got a refund for postage, one month later]. Nor has the company responded to my follow up email. The right shoes eventually arrived, and it came with a bonus pair of socks. Is this their way of trying to smooth things over? Regardless, I'm not too pleased with their customer service.”
