“I went for a uniform a few weeks ago. The store was busy, but the service was slow. I stayed about an hour to get my uniform and most of that time was spent waiting on the person who helped me. When I get home, I see that they gave me the wrong style so I had to go back and luckily it was quick and the woman who changed it for me was nice and apologetic.”

“I'm happy with the Klemans I ordered from their online store but the company initially sent me the wrong pair of shoes. I received a hasty email from someone with their company requesting that I return the mistake package in order to get the shoes I originally ordered. A bit annoying, but I was promised a refund for the postage if I did as requested. I still haven't received the refund for the postage [Update: I finally got a refund for postage, one month later]. Nor has the company responded to my follow up email. The right shoes eventually arrived, and it came with a bonus pair of socks. Is this their way of trying to smooth things over? Regardless, I'm not too pleased with their customer service.”
