“Since the opening, that's where I go since it's much closer to my home. Honestly, I have never had such exceptional service in MY LIFE anywhere else. The employees are all very friendly and smiling. I'm always on arrival to pick up medication and the receptionist (sorry probably not the right term) at the medication counter always does great service! And what about the two pharmacists.... I have needed their service and their advice several times and I have always been well supported in all of this, they even called me twice this week to follow up. and make sure my daughter was okay! No, but I've never seen that. Honestly it's worth the detour if you are ever further away, I would never go anywhere else! Thank you again 1000 times for your advice and support! “If anyone is looking for an amazing pharmacist (owner), please go see Ramy Hanna. He is extremely professional, trustworthy, attentive and pleasant. He does not just give you the medication that the doctor prescribed and send you away, he takes the time to explain everything and also does a follow up to make sure that everything is going well. He has patience and takes the time to listen to each and every question or concern that you may have and he always gives you the best advice. His other pharmacists and staff also follow suit. “Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. The pharmaceutical staff is very helpful and coordinate with our family doctor so my family has the best advice possible. Store is always clean and a pleasure to visit. So I really don’t understand the negative comments. The six hour waiting comment is ridiculous and could never happen and if you want a passport photo go to a photographer not a pharmacist.”
