Price was very good too. Wenju is the agent who took care of everything and I highly recommend her! She is professional, organized, straight to the point and just knows what she is doing. I have had no issues other than having to get them to update the credit bureau as it stopped the last 6 months of my lease, but she sent me paper work to state they had sent in the proper forms to report. Just transferred the lease into my name and I loved the car so much I am keeping it. They helped rebuild my credit due to my own mistakes. Yes, they can be difficult to reach, hence only 4 stars, but other than that I am very happy.”
