“I've never been in the interior of the Danford Lake Public Library, but it does have free public WiFi available. I don't think there is even a password needed to access it. There is a ramp outside allowing wheelchair access into the building. And, there is a small parking lot outside that you can use to connect your devices. This place was a tad tricky to find to just keep an eye out for the proper signage on the road.”

“What a lovely spot!!! The owner, which I forgot his name, took the time to explain us the whole project that started 3 years ago. They have put so much effort in becoming bio certified, impressive! Beautiful variety of veggies and strawberries and raspberries. Don’t miss the fresh eggs of the day, if you’re lucky, because they sell fast! Also, bring cash. Bought cucumbers, very tasty and delicious. Would love to go back in the fall and buy more of their veggies!”

“*CASH ONLY* FYI - There is a $12.00 fee and it is cash only when you get there. The nearest place that will do cash back is a 20 minute drive back. Hiked this trail in July. Very buggy, so bring your bug spray. Excellent moderate hike. The road in is a little sketchy in spots as it is only 1 lane wide and parts have previously been washed out. But got in and out with a 2 wheel drive SUV with no issues. Amazing views and you can use the swinging rope to jump into and climb out of the lake at the peak of the trail. Great day trip from Ottawa!”
