“I love the place, it is an amazing experience any time of the year. Awesome way to expend time learning, being outside with the nature and also it is plenty of things to do inside with the kids. One of the best places in Saskatoon. Thanks to Terry and his lovely wife who are there during the weekends. They know so much about the place and they are super sweet and friendly.”

“This is a new and newly named park in the Kensington neighborhood of west Saskatoon. It has a storm retention pond that is quite popular with ducks and geese, an asphalt sidewalk that runs around the pond and a few benches to sit on. It has a similar brother park (Bev Dyck park) on the other side of Diefenbaker Drive. It is great for walking our dog.”

“Great area for launching your PWC or flavoring devices. The parking area is limited, so if you see a string of cars on either side of the road in, stop, and park where you can. If you don't and continue driving in and another car is on its way out, you've created a massive bottle neck. So lesson here, park at the first chance you have as opposed to creating chaos for everyone else. This place is great for people of all ages, although this year the water is very high and to the south once you've walked down the path to the river, is all washed away!”

“Great place to snow shoe in winter. Trails to follow or create your own. It's used enough to even just walk the packed down trails.”
Address: Brighton, Saskatoon, SK S0K 2T0, Canada
“Great park for kids of all ages, lots for the little ones to do, my 1 year old was able to climb and slide alone, and my 5 year old had lots of fun climbing and checking out all the features. Sand base which isn't my favourite, it's my only complaint. Lots of bench seating, grass, and bike locking stations. ”

“Lovely place to visit if you want to get out in nature but cannot get too far from the city. This place has a few trails that go through different environments (along the water, through woods, through prairie). It has a few interesting signs (information stations). Not dog friendly due to it being a bird conservation site. There is a dog park not too far though for people wanting to walk their pets. Watch out for ticks during the warmer months.”

“Best park for off leash dogs. Trails are fantastic and 2km of access to the river. Beautiful!”

“Not the best and not the worst campground that I've been to. Bad points...they need to enforce the speed limit in the park, there was vehicles more than a few times just racing through the park at speeds over 30k when the posted limit is 10k so not safe for kids. Big campers may have some issues as they need to trim the trees back I even saw a small trailer having issues parking because there side out was rubbing the trees. They really need to close the gates at 11pm because even past 2am there were cars driving through the park. No fires allowed kinda sucks but it doesn't is what it is and the WIFI is not very good. Good points. Close to Saskatoon, store is not to bad, and the people there are quite friendly. So for the choices that Saskatoon has for close campgrounds I would stay here again if I had to.”
