“I called this location inquiring about the return/exchange policy on the Rocker Recliner chair I purchased a few months earlier. I was helped by Joey and I can honestly say I have never received such incredible customer service! Joey found me a replacement chair in BC and had it transferred to the Lawson Heights location in Saskatoon in less than 3 days!? I was shocked with how quickly my issue was being resolved! Joey very clearly communicated with me every step that was being taken to replace my broken chair and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. Joey was an absolute pleasure to have to help me resolve the issues I was having with my chair. I've received very poor customer service from London Drugs before, however, Joey's outstanding care for me and my exchange has completely changed my opinion on this store! If you need any assistance at the Lawson Heights London Drugs, I highly recommend asking to be helped by Joey!!!”
