“I called this location inquiring about the return/exchange policy on the Rocker Recliner chair I purchased a few months earlier. I was helped by Joey and I can honestly say I have never received such incredible customer service! Joey found me a replacement chair in BC and had it transferred to the Lawson Heights location in Saskatoon in less than 3 days!? I was shocked with how quickly my issue was being resolved! Joey very clearly communicated with me every step that was being taken to replace my broken chair and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. Joey was an absolute pleasure to have to help me resolve the issues I was having with my chair. I've received very poor customer service from London Drugs before, however, Joey's outstanding care for me and my exchange has completely changed my opinion on this store! If you need any assistance at the Lawson Heights London Drugs, I highly recommend asking to be helped by Joey!!!”

“Found some items that we need for a birthday party. Customer service was very poor as the woman behind the counter didn't recognize us when we walked in and was very robotic when we checked out. The store was filthy and as much as my kids were being a pain and I was mad at them I honestly almost didn't mind because it was completely dead in there. There was stuff everywhere, shelves unorganized, boxes on the floor, and it also looked dirty. I know they now have to compete with Party City but they aren't going to keep up like this.”
