  I have had a very positive experience with my dealings with Saskatoon Physio Yoga. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by Chantelle, who always has a big warm smile that she shares with you and then treats you as a member of a family. Both Linda and Jaret are knowledgeable and extremely professional. They took the time to explain my condition and then their plan of treatment to get me back in shape. I never felt that any question was out of place or to trivial for them to answer. My experience was nothing but positive, if I had to reschedule it was not a big deal and they made every effort to accommodate my schedule.If I ever require assistance again I would not hesitate to use them or to recommend them to others. i give two thumbs up to the team at Saskatoon Physio Yoga.

  A very professionally run business focused on healing the whole person and not just the injury. A warm and inviting environment to promote healing the body, mind and soul. I love this place.

  At Saskatoon Physio Yoga I learnt how to do poses properly so they don't hurt. Now when I do down dog, I can feel when I am not doing it properly and go back to the basic steps and get into the position correctly. I can't wait to attend the next session and keep learning.

  Do you need flexibility, strength, decreased pain? This is the place for you. The team at Saskatoon PhysioYoga are highly trained and find the true source of the problem, not just where the pain is. Then, they give you second to none treatment from head to toe to fix the source. If you do your part and stick with their prescription, you will be better than you thought possible and get back to all of your activities! Thank you PhysioYoga.

  Linda and Jarret are a great team and the Foundations class is excellent for beginners and for teaching the basics but in a very detailed and knowledgeable practice. After the 8 week class was over, I missed attending so much that I went on YouTube for videos and they totally lacked in everything compared to this studio. What Linda and Jarret offer is quality information and I look forward to signing up in the new year. Thank you for a great experience! If I could change one thing, it would be moving the class to 5pm or 5:30pm :)
