Wallace Park

Address: Thode Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7W 1A1, Canada

Park

“I liked the landscape and serene atmosphere here. It's a family friendly place especially for young children. One thing that initially bothered me was the complete lack of parking on one side and partial (on one side of the road) parking on another side. The third side involves walking a little more to get to the kids attractions and the fourth side is just the backyards of houses. Other than that, it's a lovely place.”

“4 huge soccer fields, a baseball diamond, tennis courts and a playground. This park is great for when your kids are playing soccer, tennis or baseball. There are paths that lead to the Saskatoon Forestry Farm and Zoo or simply to surrounding paths to get plenty of exercise amongst beautiful scenery. Parking lot in between fields 4 and 5 as well as plenty of street parking. No washrooms or drinks (bending machines) unless you walk across to the Sasktel soccer centre.”

The views are great and it has tons of side trails to go down. Lots of benches around as well for breaks! Be sure to check it out every season of the year and you're sure to see lots of wildlife too.
