But McNally is following safety protocols for covid-19. They do have gazillions of books for your reading pleasure. Upstairs you have the childrens section which my grandchild can spend hours looking at the books and children learning material. The staff will help look up an author or book if you can't find it...”

Niall helped me pick the right items to fit my needs and was beyond helpful when my list kept changing and I had to randomly add things along the way. He went out of his way to find me deals, or in stock items that I could use right away. They even measured a spot for me to ensure a little fridge would be the correct size. Had a very minor issue with one item and when I sent a message to just get a piece to fix it, Niall went above and beyond to resolve things for me. I was helped by Joey and I can honestly say I have never received such incredible customer service! Joey found me a replacement chair in BC and had it transferred to the Lawson Heights location in Saskatoon in less than 3 days!? I was shocked with how quickly my issue was being resolved! Joey very clearly communicated with me every step that was being taken to replace my broken chair and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. Joey was an absolute pleasure to have to help me resolve the issues I was having with my chair. I've received very poor customer service from London Drugs before, however, Joey's outstanding care for me and my exchange has completely changed my opinion on this store! If you need any assistance at the Lawson Heights London Drugs, I highly recommend asking to be helped by Joey!!!”
