“We had a great day! The train ride was nice and the staff was excellent! A big gold star to Bill and his knowledge of train history and how this train came to be. Well organized and everything was convenient. The food at the nearby hall was excellent. A 5 star meal for sure. There were a couple of things that could use improvement. At the hall the MC was sometimes hard to hear at the back of the hall and there was music coming from a nearby speaker at the same time which made it even harder to hear him. We enjoyed every aspect of the day except for the entertainment. We were on the Robin Hood excursion which was supposed to be an improv comedy. It was a mess. Quite a few people left before it was over. We will try the train again but will pick a different theme”
