“One item that I purchased yesterday was a tube of caulking, after opening it I discovered that the caulk was very dry which made it difficult to spread smoothly. After some time it became slightly better, I believe it must be very old stock and has been in on the shelf for a long time. However I've opened the tube and used a small amount so even though the the labeling states a '25 year' guarantee I doubt that I can get a replacement!!!”
