(June 7, 2019, 7:02 pm)Excellent all around body workout; Endurance and strengthening. Tarin is always organized, on time and constantly makes you work. He is motivating and adapts to all body types. There is not one day that I havent left sweating buckets. I have improved my endurance and lost weight within a month and only working out going 3 times a week. Highly recommend this boxing/fitness class!
