  Excellent kids program! My little 6 year old girl just joined and she LOVES it! Excellent adult program! Very inclusive environment! I called out of the blue with zero martial arts experience and was welcomed to start immediately. I instantly felt like a long time member of the club. Lots of mat time. Lots of fun!

  A great place to train! Jon and Karlin are excellent coaches that really emphasize drilling and chaining concepts together. The crew is a blast to train with too, no egos and diverse skillsets.

  Sweep science is like a ham and pineapple pizza. It’s the best. HOLEH!! But seriously great place to train jujitsu everyone there are amazing. The coaches John and Karlin very knowledgeable and patient. The atmosphere there is so welcoming and laid back everyone likes to joke laugh and most of all train the jits

  My husband and I decided to put our 5 year old daughter in the lvl1 kids class but we were initially worried because she is quite shy and didn't know what to expect. The instructors were so helpful and helped get her out of her shell. After a few classes she would come home with a smile just itching to show us her new moves on her inspecting brother or dad. The discipline and physical benefits are great and to top it off now she has an added boost of confidence, which means alot yo is because of how shy she was.

  After giving up on the sport over injuries and lack of interest years ago, I decided to give it another go. John and Karlin are excellent teachers when it comes to techniques and instilling a safe, proper training atmosphere. The whole team communicates well and there are no favorites who get the most help or people with big egos ruining it for the new white belts.
  
  Overall it's such a great place to go to better yourself wether it be for competition, increasing skill or just exercise I always recommend Sweep Science.
