(July 30, 2018, 5:28 pm)Excellent coaching, cozy gym and great community! I visited CF Iron Society during my summer vacation to Regina. I was easily able to access the coaching staff and register for classes on line. The space is on the smaller side but has more equipment than most much larger gyms. The coaching and instruction is excellent and the regular members were very welcoming and accommodating to me. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking to join a gym in Regina or if you are from out of town and want to get a few workouts in while you are here. Class stated promptly at the top of the hour and ended on time as well. The programming was fantastic and 4 levels of scale were listed for athletes of every type. They also offered ROM WOD after class as part of the cool down portion of class. I was really impressed with the facility and the available equipment. My email questions about the gym and classes were answered promptly and I was able to register for class on line very easily. I have really enjoyed my time at CrossFit Iron Society and will definitely be back next time I am in town. Thanks for letting me be part of your group! It's been fun!
