(December 16, 2018, 3:59 pm)I miss coming to this gym. I only switched because of convenience. However when I did lift here, I love it. Was never too packed, fellow members were willing to help and staff was friendly. I dont know how other people had a bad experience here, I had membership freezes and Les gave me a great deal on my membership. Still very sad that I left. If I ever live close by again I will make sure I pick up a membership again!

Small town friendly atmosphere, no unwanted hidden fees! Tanning beds are sizzlers! Trainers here have many years of experience! I highly recommend this gym to all people of all ages! Fit Zone Rocks!

Les is super accommodating and is always going out of his way to ensure that your experience at the gym is enjoyable. The membership is a close community of people who are friendly and fun. Definitely my favourite part of my day is my workout at Fit Zone.
