  Great service, Neil the owner & Scotty the trainer have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good clean gym with lots of squat racks. Very happy to go to this gym.

  As someone who had never done any weight training before (like never lifted a barbell in my life) the Personal Training and Nutrition programs offered at Trench Fitness have given me the tools and knowledge to completely change my view on healthy eating and working out.
  
  I travel often, and have been to several gyms in the province. Trench is the gym with the best (and most) equipment, most knowledgeable training staff, and the most positive, motivating training environment.
  
  Don’t be hesitant or intimidated to give it a try- you might find something you didn’t know you enjoyed- and the results will speak for themselves, if you commit to it!

  Amazing place. Excited to learn as we go. One on one sessions with the trainer are recommended. You can find lots of inspiration from people around and the transformation is real and tempting.
