“I always have a hard time reviewing hotels, as they're never perfect. That said, I'm giving 4/5 stars for the rooms, as they're always clean and I don't require much more, but the customer service gets a 5/5. I stay here in average 4 times a month, and usually end up booking last minute. Everyone I deal with here is great, but specifically Shaun. In the very rare occasion there is an issue, he deals with it *immediately*. Truth be told, if it weren't for his attention to my comfort and ease when I stay here, I wouldn't stay here.”
