(October 9, 2018, 3:53 am)Did my first ever Yoga class here, picked the Sunday Freedom Flow 123, was really good and the heat felt good not overwhelming. Will definitely visit again soon. The instructor, Heather, was very good and gave easy to follow instruction, was good to follow with no prior knowledge of yoga. Everything else about this place was great.
(August 16, 2018, 5:00 pm)Went to my first class last night and it blew my mind. Very sore. Hahaha.
I workout regularly but it kicked my butt. The instructor was friendly, fun and very impressive !!! The environment was welcoming and nonjudgemental.
I have signed up for the $10/1 week unlimited courses deal and I'm excited to try more!
