“We had the best experience possible with this clinic and Dr. Abraham, for an urgent matter that our own family clinic could not fit us in for. *You can make a walk in appointment in advance with several doctors to choose from and several appointment times available, then check yourself in upon arrival. *We got in to the office within 10 minutes of our appointment time *The receptionist was so friendly and on top of each patient and their appointment time, advising each person of their wait time * Dr. Abraham was the most friendly, patient and kind doctor. He listened, understood the urgent need, and did not rush us at all. We would highly recommend this knowledgeable and professional doctor! The wait is around 1 -1/2 hours but you are allowed to put your name on hold with your health card I would suggest to wait 75 minutes before coming back.. “Dr Cowan is fantastic. If you want a doctor that is only going to spend 5 minutes with you, then this is not the doctor for you. Great bedside manner, great sense of humour and very attentive and knowledgeable. The staff are wonderful. I came in 30 minutes early and expected to wait past my time and no sooner had I plugged in my laptop then they called me in to see the doctor. Now they just need a bicycle rack ;)”
