“We stopped here for coffee on route to the morning train. Not only were our soy lattes most excellent, we were delighted to find not just one, but two varieties of homemade, vegan pastry options! For such a cozy little space, we were really impressed that they carry more vegan choices than major espresso chains. We bought them for the train and had a lovely breakfast. Both were extremely tasty. Really impressed with the quality of Shirley Bird and look forward to a return visit.”

“Welcoming bakery and diner, spacious seating, comfortable benches. Had an apple, pear and Gouda crepe, and it was delightful. Coffee was always topped off, and the staff was very friendly. Great spot for afternoon breakfast and coffee. Skip the kids menu and get them a waffle. My daughter enjoyed the roasted pears waffle.”
