“I'm not one to write reviews but after reading some of the ones already posted for this Windermere branch I figured this place needed some justice so here goes my review. Tonya found us a gorgeous place in a market that is overpriced and out of control. Great experience since day one, very fast approval process. We moved in the house in less than 24 hours from seeing it. Great experience with Tonya and all the staff there too. We needed maintenance once and they were prompt to send somebody next day. After reading some of the reviews, one really got stuck in my head so I'll share my thoughts about it. I think it is unfair to give a management company a one star review because you have pets but the owner wouldn't allow it. Find a place that allows pets and move in, or buy your own and do whatever you want with it. We recently moved out and in less than 2 weeks we received our deposit back, and a follow up call to make sure that everything went great with the move. Long story short, our experience was great. Tonya is awesome, the staff is awesome. Thank you again for a great experience!”
