“You know you've chosen the right agent when he says to you these exact words: "Tell me what you want and I will go out and get it for you." His ethic, innovative thinking, diligence, "roll-up-your-sleeves and do the hard work" humility, follow up, attention to detail gave me confidence through an amazing transaction - he combed over every line of lease agreements, lender disclosures, title correspondence.
