Dr. Santoro made me feel.like I was the only patient in the world, great at explaining an not boring you to death . Then went to Devin to check out glasses (first time glass wearer) she walked me step by step through the process never felt pressured, she adjusted glasses an made sure I got what I wanted. Kayla from the time I walked in till the time I left made me feel at home great sense of humor an work attitude. I want to break my glasses just so I can go visit again . “I was scared of going to the dentist before I found this place, but I definitely feel cared for and Dr Schick and the rest of the staff have done everything they can to make it a more comfortable experience, from giving me specific signals to use to stop them if I felt pain, to offering to put extra topical numbing on my gums when I got a cleaning, they are very friendly and caring and it really helps! They also have a pretty flexible schedule (open on Saturdays!) and I started going there on their payment plan before I got insurance, staggering my appointments so they fit with when I got paid / could pay. I walked away from my first appointments feeling excited and triumphant because I finally felt like getting all my cavities filled was possible and wouldn't even be painful or scary! Definitely would recommend to anyone, but especially anyone who has had bad experiences with other dentists or has anxiety about going to the dentist.”

“I have been coming to this office for a couple years now, and it’s always a great feeling when the receptionist knows you by name and can help you right away. Working with Darla is a blessing, she’s always so kind and really cares about your comfort inside the room. Darla remembers all the stories I’ve told her and always asks how I’m doing or if I need anything. Dr. Sherwin is really cares about his practice and always explains to me why he’s going to do whatever it is he’s doing. He’s not afraid to pull out a piece of paper or use the drawing board to help me understand what’s going on. It’s a great feeling to know that the staff is so small and tight that they generally care about their patients which is comforting. It’s nice to know that you have a staff that cares about you when you go in for treatment. Keep up the great work!”
