“Jimmy is a real good guy. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and stayed with me during my visit, even tried helping me get my new wiper blades on. He was only able to change one of them because the other one wouldn't come loose. He was honest and told me he would rather not try any more because he was afraid of damaging my car. And he gave me a few tips on how to get the old one off. Later, I managed to get it changed out using his advice. Good job.”
