“We are a Canadian company, that has contracted with Diversified Shipping for over 4 years for their "Pick and Pack" Fulfillment service. We have had excellent service with very reasonable rates. They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our special shipping requests. We can phone them any time to make to make adjustment to any order. We feel that they are part of our family business. Diversified Shipping has not make any mistakes and our business has tripled since we stated with them. Initially, we were with a very large Fulfillment Center and it was a complete disaster because of all the mistakes they were making that was costing us customers! What was most frustrating is that their service people would not respond to our emergency phone calls until 3-4 days later and management didn't care about their serious mistakes. We had to pay a lot of money to get our inventory out of this very international, uncaring company and move it over to Diversified Shipping. Jim Hinds, the owner of Diversified Shipping, is always available to help us in any way. Even more important , Jim has experience in the importing/ exporting so has been able to help us in this area and arrange shipping to Canada etc. He also has staff that we hire to do assembly line work at a very reasonable price.
