“The absolute best storage facility I've dealt with yet!! I'm a contractor and own my own company and have to use their unit for storage of equipment when I'm slow. I've been through roughly a dozen or so different storage companies and K mini has by far been the best. Their customer service is so incredible. I'm not sure what Ol' Jimbo is referring to but I've always been met with a smile and a helpful attitude. I was however in the office the other day and witnessed an irate lady that was so rude and disrespectful to the young lady working. I was appalled at how horrible someone could be to another human being that was just simply trying to do their job. I will say tho, she handled it amazing, by far better than I ever could have. Still being extremely polite and helpful. Some people need to grow up and learn how to treat people. Just because someone is in customer service doesn't mean they're your doormat. K Mini get 2 Giant thumbs up from me!!!”
