“This is one stop I always take my out of state visitors. The views are just awesome and its fun to walk across the bridge, lots of photo ops for free! Its always nice to go under the bridge and walk along some of the trails, its a nice quiet place to be. I go there on my own as well for that reason. Its all just very pretty and calming, who doesn't need that?!”

The RV park itself is pretty basic but the people working there are always very friendly and the restrooms are always very clean. They also have decent WiFi here and plenty of large spots for bigger RV's. They allow dogs which is great and there are lots of cool places around, very close to the boarder of Canada and a short ferry ride to Victoria.”

“We have been here before, but this visit has been unbelievable. The view was fantastic, the kids loved the rocks to throw into the water. But I do have to give special kudos to the bathrooms. The park rangers did an amazing job. It was clean and neat. When I say clean, I mean as clean as my bathroom at home clean. It smelled fresh and the showers we're spotless. After talking with the ranger I found out they did all the tiling and renovations themselves. It is amazing. Best public bathrooms ever. So the the beach is wonderful and well maintained, and so are all the facilities.”

“Love this place! Gorgeous property with rustic camping, lakes and trails, and a cool zip-line through the trees! I know they added some small cabins that we’ll probably try next time, but as a veteran, I love keeping it simple. And as a veteran, I love the mission of Ft. Liberty to serve those who’ve served our nation. And if you want to have fun off site, just let the owners know and they’ll get you connected. By the time you leave, you’ll feel like family!”

Hidden Village Rv Park & Campground

Address: 7062 WA-539, Lynden, WA 98264, USA

Campground Lodging Park Rv park

“We have stayed here for several months since we retired. Friendly staff and homey feeling. It is quiet and peaceful. Only one thing I would like to see changed, and that is the way the rigs are parked in the spots, you have to share your spot with your neighbor, each door facing each other. Otherwise a great place for the money!”

Black Mountain Ranch

Address: 6417 Mt Baker Hwy # S, Deming, WA 98244, USA

Campground Lodging Park

“My story aligns with so many others. A tale of a parents vacation spot, traversing through the generations, in one of the most magical places on earth. Black Mountain Ranch will grab you, it will hug you, and it will make you never want to leave. My parents held a spot here for 12 years, and when they announced they were giving it up, we knew what had to be done. I didn't grow up on the ranch like so many others, but it stays dear to my heart forever anyways, deciding almost immediately to make sure this spot never leaves our family. My wife and I decided very quickly, we would keep the legacy, we would love the ranch for many more years to come, we would purchase the spot from my parents. Our son is becoming a ranch brat, and owning that title with every ounce in his body, expecting that, someday, he would have this decision to make as well.”
