(January 31, 2022, 11:10 pm)I ended up calling Calgary drain and sewer as I still didn't have an ETA after waiting a few days and I couldn't shower or flush my toilet more than twice a day without drain backing up. Lee showed up about an hour dame day and knowledgeable and thorough, definitely will use again, hopefully I won't need to haha but if I do, I recommend!
