I contacted Castle to perform annual service of our two furnaces, to replace our soft water filter and to repair our furnace humidifiers. Spencer arrived precisely on time. He was very helpful, pleasant, competent and efficient in the performance of the services. He quickly assessed the problem with our humidifiers and went to pick up the necessary repair parts and the soft water filter. Very importantly, he detected that both of our furnaces were leaking some gas. Upon finding this problem he immediately contacted Connor, a certified gas fitter, to replace the faulty furnace gas valves in issue. Connor came immediately and he and Spencer performed the replacements. I was very impressed! The furnaces and humidifiers work great! I also found the Castle invoice very reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with Castle's services and certainly will use them again!
Connor did a phenomenal job on our water heater installation and furnace installation. When we moved into our new home both were in desperate need of replacement. Castle plumbing and heating was professional, and responsive. They were able to get it done quickly.
We also had our drains cleaned, great job.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will be using them again.
Called Castle to get our furnace cleaned. They were quick to get us in, showed up on time and the young fellow that did the work was very polite and did a great job! Would definitely recommend and will use again.
My furnace was making a weird noise so I had Castle out to review.
After a detailed review the tech confirmed the issue was not with the furnace.
He spent a bit more time reviewing my house and was able to determine that the sound was coming from a return air vent that was improperly installed after I had my furnace cleaned earlier this year (vent were cleared with a different company). Most companies would have pushed a replacement part or new furnace on me - not Castle! They took the time to find the problem and in the end I had a minimal service bill! I highly recommend a Castle to anyone who is looking for a polite, honest and trustworthy company! They are by far the best company out there. From the booking to the service - it was all great!
What a great company! My furnace broke right in the middle of snow fall and when I called they were accommodating and understanding. They offered a great value for the work, and were able to get it replaced within a timely manner. The workers were also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Since it’s been replaced we have had no problem with the new furnace. I 100% would recommend to anyone needed services done.
