Fountainhead Mechanical replaces, repairs and maintains the boilers in the apartment complex where I live and sit on the board. They provide high quality work in a timely fashion which is essential when it's minus 20 and your heat isn't working:) Their staff are knowledgeable and are always willing to take the time to answer my many questions. Fountainhead takes pride in their company, always looking for ways to improve both the quality of service to their customers and the work environment/education and training for their employees. They are honest about the amount and urgency of the work that needs to be done which for me, builds trust.

I have used Fountainhead Mechanical twice over the last 3 months and been extremely satisfied with their work on both occasions. On the first occasion they replaced our water heater which is tied into our slab heating. Some tricky plumbing was required but Fountainhead was up to the task! Great company with very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend!!

We have used Fountainhead Mechanical for a few years now for our self managed condo building. Their service is amazing. Even if it is 2am in the morning the service rep will answer a text from me with information that is helpful. I can ask the simple or complicated questions regarding our building heating and water systems and regardless the answer is thorough and thoughtful. They really work with the customer to hear your concerns, suggest possibly solutions and then work with you until you are satisfied. From the perspective of running an entire building I trust their advice and experience and am thankful they take care of all our plumbing needs and our quarterly preventative maintenance.

Fountainhead is the HVAC and plumbing service contractor for our condominium. Great service across the board. The preventative maintenance reports are comprehensive with photos and user friendly checklists. The technicians are courteous and always go above and beyond. Fountainhead has also helped unit owners with fixture installation and plumbing repairs; the technicians are on time for service calls, take every measure to keep the work area clean, and always take the time to explain the work and ensure owners are completely satisfied with the completed work. The dispatch centre staff are always responsive and arrange service calls in a timely manner.
