Belly River Estates

In the summer weather, the locals have many resort like activities such as tubing and swimming at the lagoon river water with a ton of safety lifeguards on duty with along with a polar bear for emotional support. The winter time is second to non, close enough to the mountains for a wonderful prairie drives to the ski hill.

Upon staying here again, I found the place to be 2nd to none. The 2 story windows allows an open view to the croquet water obstacle course. The polar bear will cuddle with you upon request, unlike the hostess. She seems to be a little more stand offish to the cuddling, but boy can she cook. Love this place.

The Christmas decorations are adorable with the shower curtains and bed spreads. It would have been nice to have the tree decorations up, but having half the lights at the top of the tree looked pretty ok. The deer carcasses and cow bones in the yard made for a real authentic country feel.

Great location, views are second to none. The “hosts” we stayed with felt more like squatters than home owners, but were friendly and fairly knowledgeable about the property. I appreciate the outdoor continental breakfast curated by Texas; fresh leg of deer, a rack of ribs (although a bit picked clean), complete with deer hide spread- second to none!

The hostess is a looker. Wow. Her husband is one lucky guy. She keeps an amazing house. It is immaculate. She also provides enough food to feed you and any army you bring. The host is so charismatic and handsome. What great guy. Their children are so well behaved and a joy to be around. The trampoline park is so fun. Their dog/small pony looks like a polar bear stuffy and is awesome. I give this place five stars
