“Campground was nice. Good size sites. A little to pricey for just power. But the lady and her husband that own or run the place were so fantastic. So helpful and kind. They were awesome to our pets as well. Mosquitoes were pretty bad but was prob just the extreme heat this week.”

“I have stayed at Cherry Lane B&B twice since they opened and have to say that I will definitely keep coming back because it's worth the trip. The 1920's heritage house you get to stay in has so much warmth, charm and character. The B&B has clean, beautifully decorated bedrooms, wonderfully cozy common areas and rolling acres of grass to play outdoor activities on. Melissa and Adam are incredible hosts and will make you feel at-home right away with their genuine personalities and fun sense of humor. And the food.... Delightful breakfasts and mouthwatering 3 course dinners every day and night we stayed there courtesy of Adam's executive chef skills and Melissa's genuinely epic baking skills. We were all fighting over who got to take home what was left of Melissa's 4 layered chocolate and salted caramel cake at the end of our stay. It was seriously "the bomb" and has ruined me for all others! I find that I'm dreaming up family reunions or big family vacations in my head because the property has campgrounds, a saloon and more cabins around the property. An ideal place to bring everyone you know to come and get together and "unplug" from reality for a little while while you enjoy the great outdoors during the day and campfires & board games in the evenings. I highly recommend this B&B for either a meal in their lovely cafe or an actual overnight stay, you will not be disappointed!”

“Owners are very friendly, and live on their RV Campground property. Campground is well kept, tidy. RV spots are situated close to each other and not much for privacy, pending on which lot you are staying. Laundry is a bit on the pricey side. Washrooms and Laundry area are kept clean. Great place to stay overall for regular family camping with a safe children's play area. We stayed there for work purposes and would definitely stay again as the daily, weekly, monthly rates are reasonable.”

“This national park is closest to Edmonton I believe. Its vast. The entrance fee is very reasonable. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. It's a great place for family and friends to visit . There are many activities to be enjoyed like going on the canoe, trekking, camping, barbecues, seeing the beaver dams etc. Its a very pleasant and peaceful place. It's very well maintained and clean. Its great for a day trip too. Canoes are offered on Rental basis. Most people come and barbecue, enjoy the man made beach etc. If you are lucky you can see the wild life like the Bison and Beaver . The park is close to the Ukrainian village on one side and The town of Lamont which is about 10 kilometers on the other side. It's a beautiful place to visit.”

“I had been here since Wednesday and things were so quiet, and then Friday showed up with a bunch of noisy people...there goes the peace and quiet!! But to the park rangers defense they showed up a little past 11 and things settled down after that. I guess you have to expect things like that...other people need an opportunity to unwind too. The showers are clean and has lockable doors for greater privacy...there's plenty of toilet/hand paper...the shower house has a couple of flushing toilets as well plus there's a handicap washroom and shower with a hand held shower. The wood was reasonably priced ($8.00/ bundle) as are the other things, so if you do forget something I'm sure you can pick it up at the park check-in office. At the park office parking lot there's a fast-food trailer! It wasn't open during the week so I'm thinking only on weekends? All said I'd definitely come back again. No garbage around, friendly staff and great walking trails...see you there!!”

“Nice off the beaten path camp ground. Spacious powered sites. Well looked after and groomed grounds. Enclosed kitchen building with a large wood stove that has a large cooking surface. Trout stocked fishing area. No boating at this spot though. The out house was very aromatic in the heat.”
