(March 8, 2019, 8:17 pm)Recently purchased a new vehicle from Subaru City. Seamless process from start to finish. Salespeople were helpful, and offered to assist with everything. Low pressure sales was refreshing, and the sales manager was great to deal with. No unnecessary back and forth, extremely straight forward and the deal was done in minutes not hours.
This is my second new Subaru purchase, and will not be returning to my previous dealer after my experience at Subaru City.
(February 28, 2019, 8:02 am)This was my first time buying a vehicle that wasn't a Toyota. I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of Subaru's vehicles. Equally impressive is their staff. Knowledgeable professionals who take the time to provide exceptional customer service. They took their time and answered all of my questions and at no time pressured me. In fact, they're incredibly friendly which made the process so much more relaxing. I will be recommending Subaru City and their sales consultant, Jim Bartzis, to my friends and family. Also I can't forget to mention their business manager Lori, she made the whole experience much more pleasant.
(February 12, 2019, 7:56 pm)The only reason that I did not give 5 stars for Subaru City was because when we asked the salesperson who first approached us if we could take an Ascent out for a test drive even though we are at least a year away from actually purchasing one he was completely rude to us. When we explained why we wanted to test drive one in the middle of winter (you can't test drive how a vehicle stops/starts on an icy road in the middle of summer) he told us he would get someone else since "he works on commission" and wasn't interested in spending time with us since it was busy and we were so far away from making a purchase. Along came Ashton, we cannot tell you enough good things about this young man. He answered all of our questions, happily took us for the test drive, and was so very pleasant to deal with that instead of giving 1 star I gave 4. If you are looking for a Subaru I highly recommend you asking for him.
(January 31, 2019, 2:15 pm)ALL staff are very pleasant and respectful! I purchased my Subaru Forester in November with Ashton James and received the red carpet treatment. I also appreciate the Smart Program...ALL around i would highly recommend West Edmonton Subaru to all my friends and family. The atmosphere at Subaru is no pressure , no sales tactics or gimmicks! I am one VERY happy and SATISFIED customer.

Greg was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cared about getting me in the right type of car. I feel comfortable calling him with questions or concerns at any time. He truly cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra step for people. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.
