My sunroof needed to be replaced and GlassMasters Westend was recommended to me and specifically Rob.

I came down and was seen quickly and was given my estimate and put my deposit down.

The service was freaking amazing. I was treated amazing. The front staff were amazing... Donovan was amazing to deal with and Rob was fantastic.

In the end the sunroof was replaced today... it took about 3 hours - one hour shorter than I was told it would take and the final cost was cheaper than the quote was... AMAZING!!!

The work was professional and I would highly recommend Rob and the team at GlassMasters West End.

Very happy with the customer service here. Large waiting area and I was offered a coffee refill or a bottle of water after an hour. An overall great atmosphere with polite and knowledgeable staff.

Hard to beat Glassmasters! Make an appointment less than 24 hours, they have the glass ready and get it done in about an hour and half. Online quotes makes everything upfront and known.

Front desk staff is on the ball, personable, and prompt.

Only gripe is that the shop staff do a bit more thorough vacuum after swapping the glass. My original glass was in pretty rough condition, and obviously self-destructed during removal. Unfortunately this left little bits of glass throughout the cabin. There wasn't much, just some around the harder to notice spots. I didn't mind giving a second once-over when I got home, but if someone had kids with them it may be a bit of a hazard.

Overall though, best value and efficiency for glass replacement in town. Good job gang!

I had my windshield replaced. The whole thing was really easy! I even had to reschedule due to a Covid test and they were so accommodating. I would definitely recommend and go back for future services.
