We're used to a more modern cycle class with newer music, lights, cycling to the beat of the music etc - we knew what we were getting ourselves into by watching the video on the website but we were still let down as this was on par with a rec centre class, but with the price of boutique spin.”

Darren diagnosed whiplash which had been missed by 2 doctors and was impeding concussion recovery. He was able to use a variety of approaches to treatment - very supportive and effective! Niko has been excellent with sports performance development.
