“The staff were friendly and helpful. They reminded me that our car should use synthetic oil, as it's a turbo. It costs twice as much, but I had a coupon for fifteen dollars off, and that took the sting out a bit. I think in the summer, I'll change it myself, but it's too cold now, and I realize not everyone can do it.. I doubt you'd find it much cheaper anywhere else anyway. No complaints about the staff or the service.”

So many times we’ve taken our inspection reports from the dealership’s service dept to this place and they’ve saved us thousands of dollars over the course of the last 10 years. We’ve often gotten another 10,000 km on things we’d been told to be prematurely replaced or serviced by the dealership. Regular servicing that cost $600 or more as often cost us half or even less at Autoguard. Professional, good quality service and technicians that know what they’re doing. “Excellent Service from Scott and the staff at this 97th street Edmonton location. Fast estimate that was by far the cheapest of the three I obtained. They ordered the glass. I took vehicle in the next business day and they had it repaired within a couple of hours. They cleaned up all the shattered glass and even installed new wipers for free! Like it never happened. Great Job Guys!”

He made it clear that there was some work that needed to be done, but that it wasn't urgent. I appreciated that he didn't try to make me think the car will blow up if I didn't do the repair instantly. He was personable, and he made the whole experience wonderful. Ron answered the phone call I made to all my questions professionally, and even volunteered information that it had not occurred to me to ask. If you want a fantastic job done, by fantastic people, who give fantastic service this location is the best in the city. I drove across the city to get the work done, and I would drive from further away to get it done here.”

“If I could give 6 stars I would for sure. I usually go to midas because it's close to my house. I called around, and dost auto repair gave me a way cheaper quote than midas did. By like 500 dollars. So I went with them, and they are amazing. Very honest, and you can tell they are very experienced tradesmen. Over the phone he was able to pretty much tell me what was wrong with my car, and as soon as you get into the shop, you see a bunch of older experienced men working on the vehicles. You can look at them, and you just know that they know their $hit. I needed a new clutch and a headlight cover, my headlight cover was all damaged from moisture and uv Ray's. They took the time to sand it down and refinish it, resulting in it being perfectly clear again. They didnt order a new one because it would have been 40 bucks more expensive. They just care about little things. Bertchum helped me drop my son off at school that morning, when my car was being fixed, and even going in there as a young single mother, I felt like they really tried their best to help me and in no way were they taking advantage of me, like some mechanics do. I'll be back here again to change my spark plugs.”
