“Really nice little park. Community league has gone great lengths to revitalize the park and playground. Really nice place on a warm day to take younger kids. There is a spray park as well. There is a community garden behind the playground. In the winter there is a rink as well that is operational. Please respect the park, do not dump your kitchen garbage or yard waste in the bins or on the city property. Cheers!”

“Any outdoor green space that you can enjoy is worth 5 stars. You can walk along the upper part of the ravine for some distance and just breathe in the fresh air and appreciate nature. I will always recommend a good walk in a green space any time we don’t do it often enough. There is a small playground tucked in behind some houses otherwise there is not much else. No washroom facilities or day use area and no parking other than on the street.”

“Could use more shade and benches along the main trail. Nice space for dogs to run, play, and visit. Access to the river for dogs to swim and cool off. Stay clear of the large pond area if your dog runs into any water it sees because the water is pretty stinky and it's a nasty ride home. I wonder if parks could put in more portapotties for humans along the trail? It would make the experience much better for many.”

“Best place to have a walk if you are in this area. You have the beautiful view of north saskatchewan river. Overlooking towards the newly completed Anthony Henday highway. There are walk and bike trail around this area leading towards hermitage park.”

“Visited today. This site is off a day or week etc. Beautiful park for walking and cross country skiing. However the city must want the property for something as there are signs everywhere" SAVE GOLD BAR PARK". Lets all save this gem in the city. I see no purpose in tearing it up. It is hilly and quiet and i am sure full of birds as I could hear them even this time of year.”
