“Positives: Good value for rental... Negatives: Unorganized. First they didn't have my booking and they started making excuses that because it was done online. Then they found the booking on their Desk. Secondly, when I returned my vehicle they had forgotten that I paid online so they charged me again but then they found out so voided me. Overall just need some proper organization amongst the staff. Other than that pretty smooth.”
