“I brought my car in for a recall item and they provided me a loaner car so I could keep moving. It was quick to get the car in and get on my way. They checked a few things and I ended up having them change the oil, my wiper blades and I found the costs to be reasonable (which is important to me). They also figured out how to have the door-locks open when I put the car in park; I could not get it to work with the instructions in the manual and lord knows I tried. They did not charge me for this and I'm sure it was easy for them, but I really appreciated it working as advertised.”

I appreciate her keen customer service ability. Friendly comfortable and pleased to do the best she can do. Complete repairs done ahead of schedule amid high season for problems being -50 with wind chill. It was quoted out by other dealerships and repair facilities in not days but weeks. Service Megan and Roxane also on the service team were pleasant and fun to deal with. It seems to be the go to place in the city for fair honest deals. Maybe Francis will sell me a car one day.
