“My 2013 gran caravan 420,000 kilometers key fob would start the vehicle but not unlock the doors. I phoned a number found on Marketplace and spoke with Elio. Who confirmed he had one and could program it. I went into Edmonton from Lac La Biche where I met him at a parking lot. After checking VIN, My registration and drivers licence he programmed the new one in just a couple minutes. I mentioned a minor problem I had with my air conditioning. He told me what had to be done to fix it. I stopped at a shop in Smoky Lake who did what Elio recommended in half a hour. Back on the road freezing from the air which was half working just before. Thank you Elio and I will be going back in future. If anything to grab a turkish coffee. Thanks Cuzzin.”

“While I had the top of my engine apart, I noticed that my thermostat housing was leaking. I called many part stores to find and buy the part I needed. I needed the part urgently since I was leaving for work the following day and needed to put everything back into place before I left. I talked to Jonathan here and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. He even took my phone down and sent me pictures of the parts he found using his personal phone! No one had ever done that for me before and I use part stores all the time. Unfortunately I didn’t buy the part from here because they were missing one piece I needed and another store had the complete assembly. I thought the least I could do was give Jonathan an awesome review for his AMAZING customer service skills. Will definitely call these guys first next time I need something. “I had issues with rock chips on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. The color on my vehicle is the Pearl Soul red, a new color introduced by Mazda in 2017. I was required to have two quotes from auto body shops as determined by Go Mazda. After attending the two auto body shops, it was very clear to me which one I would ultimately choose and this was Reflections. The General Manager Blaine, conducted the quote / appraisal and he was thorough. Blaine took the time to explain everything to me as I am very particular about my vehicle and did not want to look at my vehicle and notice in any way that it had been painted. Blaine assured me I would be happy. He went further and wanted me to come and view my vehicle, prior to him returning it to the Dealership. If for any reason, I was not pleased with the work / paint, he would rectify the issue until I was satisfied. I did return to Reflections to view my vehicle and I was very impressed with the results. This is a business that is totally about customer service. From the time I booked my appointment, complete with google maps attached to locate the business, the reminder about my appointment, to the estimate, everything was very professional. This business is rated as A+ by the Edmonton Better Business Bureau and has been in business for 32 years. I can see them in business for another 32 years because that is just how great they are.”
