The staff were friendly enough although no one asked me if they could start a fitting room which made for a difficult shopping experience because most of their racks are crammed so tight, you almost need three arms to get through anything so having to hold the things I wanted to try on while making my way through a very poor set up to say the least frustrated me and I ended up just leaving.”

“Pretty good selection and stock. A little bit of everything. Good quality products for less. I love their leggings. They last a lot and the fabric is so soft!! I have a bunch. For boxing day they put 50% off everything, opportunity to stock up! I have a few sweaters and accessories and everything is good quality. The staff is helpful but I did not like one girl coming to me asking what my size is and giving me a crazy look when I said XS to after make me repeat because she wouldn't believe me, when I was wearing my winter coat. Yes lady, I'm XS and the clothes fit amazing on me. I train and take a good care of myself... You can also just shut up and bring what I'm asking for. Thanks. I'd recommend this place, my experience doesn't have to be bad... They sell nice stuff.”

“Went to get a black Friday deal and they said the boots I wanted had no discount. Later on, sitting inside the store I could make my purchase almost 40% off regular price, the discount they didn't want to give me in store so I had to place the order online and now wait whatever days to get it at home. This is extremely stupid. Also, for black Friday (today) they had signs up that you could get a promotional $50 credit if you spent $150 in black Friday. If you read the small prints it explained you would get the promotion if you spent $199... They can't even get their signs information straight. In the other hand, there was a young guy who helped me out who was helpful and very nice. I wish I could remember his name. He went to get me some socks that were supposed to be buy one get second 50% but when I went to pay, they were out of the promotion... So I left totally empty handed. IN BLACK FRIDAY!! HEY the day I was expecting to go leave my money to you guys. See the picture attached, from the online discount you said was regular price at the store.”

“Fantastic selection of work shoes and boots. Went early in the am so was only customer in store. Excellent salesperson (wish I had caught her name) and even her trainee Carlos was extremely pleasant. I came in with a list of styles to try on. Ended up going with a suggestion made by sales team which was well within the ballpark of my budget. Never at any point felt rushed in the sales experience. Gladly grabbed different sizes and styles for me. Will definitely revisit. Great job guys.”
