“It’s all about image and service because if you think about it’s coffee and pastries that are over priced with a customer reward point system. That being said I have been induced by the big company marketing and like the coffee and pastries a lot. The staff is friendly and courteous. This location is really cool as it is right next to the Ice Palace in West Edmonton Mall. There are cold drinks also with breakfast and lunch sandwich selections. So I will keep coming.”

“Starbucks services are similar to any other chain establishments, unfortunately not always consistent. I had a mobile-order has stolen (mistake?!) at the Banff location, they immediately replace it, that's another 10 mins wait when you are in a rush. Today at the WEM location, first they forget (missed?) the order, then they made the matcha-green-tea latte with regular milk instead of almond milk, I knew it tasted off, rushing prevented me from returning to the store to replace it. Luckily, for them and me, I am not lactose intolerant! Regardless, it is down the drain. For you - the customers, ALWAYS double-check to ensure you are getting what you ordered! And to the BARISTAS, listen carefully to what customers orders, verify if you must!”

“I was recommended to give this a try and I am glad I did. The service was fast and knowledgeable on the menu items. I ordered 3J Milk tea and Sago Milk tea, both of which has met my expectation in texture, taste and sweetness. I highly recommend it, although some can be turned off by the price as it is higher than the average bubble tea drink, but I think it is worth it. I would go back again.”
