“It’s all about image and service because if you think about it’s coffee and pastries that are over priced with a customer reward point system. That being said I have been induced by the big company marketing and like the coffee and pastries a lot. The staff is friendly and courteous. This location is really cool as it is right next to the Ice Palace in West Edmonton Mall. There are cold drinks also with breakfast and lunch sandwich selections. So I will keep coming.”

“Had to return an outfit because I lost some extra weight after having a baby and the jumpsuit didn’t fit right. I accidentally brought the debit receipt instead of the actual receipt (totally my bad) but the manager working was SO rude about it. The outfit was still being sold and had the tags on it and everything. I wouldn’t have even been mad if she said there was nothing she could do because it was my fault but she had attitude right from the beginning for no reason. Thankfully she let me exchange it for something different but made me do it right there on the spot. The sales girl was wonderful but I think the manager needed to cool it a bit.”

“One of my favourite food booths in West Edmonton Mall. They have the best truffle fries ever. I totally recommend it. The serving is overflowing. They are served fresh and hot. The seasoning of every fries is overwhelming. I would definitely go back this coming Thursday :-) . “Starbucks services are similar to any other chain establishments, unfortunately not always consistent. I had a mobile-order has stolen (mistake?!) at the Banff location, they immediately replace it, that's another 10 mins wait when you are in a rush. Today at the WEM location, first they forget (missed?) the order, then they made the matcha-green-tea latte with regular milk instead of almond milk, I knew it tasted off, rushing prevented me from returning to the store to replace it. Luckily, for them and me, I am not lactose intolerant! Regardless, it is down the drain. For you - the customers, ALWAYS double-check to ensure you are getting what you ordered! And to the BARISTAS, listen carefully to what customers orders, verify if you must!”
