“Had to return an outfit because I lost some extra weight after having a baby and the jumpsuit didn’t fit right. I accidentally brought the debit receipt instead of the actual receipt (totally my bad) but the manager working was SO rude about it. The outfit was still being sold and had the tags on it and everything. I wouldn’t have even been mad if she said there was nothing she could do because it was my fault but she had attitude right from the beginning for no reason. Thankfully she let me exchange it for something different but made me do it right there on the spot. The sales girl was wonderful but I think the manager needed to cool it a bit.”

“Had a really good experience picking out my wedding suit. Shout out to Ryan and Alanis for answering all my questions with patience and helping me get the suit exactly how I wanted. The spring sale event was also really good. I had the suit delivered to the store, the first time it was too big, Ryan took notes on further alterations based on my liking, sent it out for alterations again, and the suit came back bang on the second time. Really happy with how it turned out. Would recommend!”
